Seamless purchase I recent5ly brought in my 2009 Toyota Tacoma in hopes of a trade for a 2015 Subaru WRX. being a person who has purchased many vehicles (my wife and I I recent5ly brought in my 2009 Toyota Tacoma in hopes of a trade for a 2015 Subaru WRX. being a person who has purchased many vehicles (my wife and I currently have 4 between us) I know how complicated some dealers as well as sales agents can make it. In this case nothing could be further from the truth. My Father and I travel from Quispamsis to Moncton on a Saturday recently and were immediately greeted and arranged for a test drive ( I also used the internet service which was great to provide me a car fax as well as make arrangements to view the car. It all worked out perfectly. We test drove the car and came back to speak to Dwight about it. His no nonsense approach made it easy to get to the brass tacks and we got the deal done very quickly once we arrived on price point. He was awesome!!! Second purchase; not disappointed I bought a 2013 Chysler 200 in January 2014, so when the need for a second vehicle came up I knew where to go. I went in to see Mike Jones about a ve I bought a 2013 Chysler 200 in January 2014, so when the need for a second vehicle came up I knew where to go. I went in to see Mike Jones about a vehicle I saw on the web site. I was on a tight budget and told Mike what my needs were and my limitations. Mike worked with me to find me the vehicle that met my needs. Mike did not pressure me, he allowed me to take my time to make my decision. I mentioned I was concerned with the alignment of the 2014 Grand Caravan and Mike sent it to the Garage ASAP and had the tires balanced and aligned, as well he filled the gas tank. He ensured that the MVI was done, so that was another thing I need not be concerned about. To make the experience even more enjoyable he told us to "spin the Wheel" and I won a $10 Esso Gas card. He said I could keep it even if I decided not to buy. After he submitted the price I quoted and it was accepted, he and the staff told me to selected a gift from a large pile of gifts sitting in the middle of the showroom floor. I choose the mini fridge by Danby. There was something for everyone there. Got to the finance area and they worked with me to get the extended warranty and rust protection that worked in my budget as well. I left for a second time feeling I got the vehicle I needed at the price I could afford. Great atmosphere and staff.
