Not really thinking we were going to buy, we went in to see about a Ram 2500 my husband had eyed on the lot because there was no information on the window. Upon telling the fellow at the door what we were inquiring about we were directed to Paul. Paul was great right from the get go! He was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Best car buying experience ever! From the moment I walked into the door I had great service. My salesman Joel Leaman was very professional. He actually took the time to ask me what my story was, why I wanted to trade in my vehicle and what I wanted in the new one. He worked his butt off to find a van with all the features we wanted and managed to do that while keeping it in our price range!. Even after the sell, when I contacted him with questions he was on top of it and replied to me very quickly. I would highly recommend this dealership and Joel. Nadia from financing was also excellent, she was quick and efficient and explained everything clearly. Edit: We returned to the dealership to bring in our van to install the extra features we had purchased and we were offered a loaner vehicle for the duration which is great! When I went back to get the van I decided to get another feature installed therefore they kept the van. Since we were with a loaner longer then expected Joel switched out our loaner vehicle to something bigger and more comfortable without me even needing to ask even though I was the one that chose to have more options installed! Even after they make the sale the staff will do everything they can to accommodate you. Even when I was sitting waiting for Joel to get the loaner ready, at least three staff asked me how I was doing and one of them even made sure I knew there was coffee and water available. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! More
