2016 jeep Cherokee or should I say Lemon !! First and foremost it's our 9th vehicles that we buy from This dealer .. They have a known issues since September 2016 and still no fix ! They lied saying it was a new issue. Everyday that we drive in it we put our life and others in danger(the jeep will stop and not restart in the middle of the roads) .. After a week at the garage I got my Jeep back with a temporary fix Yeah (NOT) .. I called Chrysler Canada to have the same answer we have engineers working on it to find a solution bla bla bla !! I'm pushing to get a new Jeep but by the look of it I will be hitting a brick wall real fast ... Customer service is for sure not a priority now that they got our money. * Sorry for my Grammar ;) More

Made a Dream come True I met Richard Steeves with a pretty good trade, but I felt that I owed too much money to make a deal and was less than hopeful. Unfortunately it broke down (recall issue) and was towed to the local dealer. Drew sourced out the part needed and had it shipped directly to the shop where the truck was at. This saved me time (after 6 days of the truck being down), and loss of my vehicle for another extended period of time.
