PURCHASING A NEW CAR FROM MONCTON'S BEST SALESPERSON We were traveling across Canada in 2017 in a motorhome towing a car, we were 1/3 of the way through an 11 month trip, when the car we were towing beca We were traveling across Canada in 2017 in a motorhome towing a car, we were 1/3 of the way through an 11 month trip, when the car we were towing became terminally ill and had to be replaced. We didn't know any dealers in Atlantic Canada, let alone any salesperson. As we would be passing through Moncton we made a call to Moncton Chrysler Jeep and were lucky enough to be put in touch with Matt IVANY. Matt knew what we needed for a vehicle that could be safely towed and assured us he had several models in stock. When we arrived Matt met us and reassured us that he would do everything in his power to help us make our trip continue as quickly as possible. We were upset at having to replace the car and found Matt to be very calming and reassuring. He not only worked with us to get us the Jeep Wrangler we needed but he also looked after all the details to get the vehicle set up for towing behind our motorhome. We have purchased a number of new cars in recent years and Matt is by far the best salesperson we have had the opportunity to deal with. Skeptical at first, ended very satisfied We came here pretty late in the day, I had msged the gentleman I had been speaking to telling him we were there via text but he never came out and the We came here pretty late in the day, I had msged the gentleman I had been speaking to telling him we were there via text but he never came out and then vehicle we were standing there admiring because it was "the one" suddenly was started up and driven away. Feeling like it wasn't meant to be we headed back to our car and then we ran into Patrick...Right from the get go Patrick was enthusiastic, knew his vehicles and got us feeling excited again. Through the whole experience he was awesome, He got us into a brand new 2017 Jeep Cherokee sport, which we have been loving. To top it all off on my wifes birthday (2 days before we could close the deal) Patrick comes and drops off the Jeep for us at our home and picks up the trade-in!!! We have never had such great customer service when purchasing a vehicle before, we will definitely come back and deal with Patrick when it is time to trade in our other car. More

Great to deal with 2nd ram in 3 years Richard Steeves sold me a new Ram in 2014 and he kept in touch since. Richard was very patient and took time to get me what I wanted and made sure I went away satisfied. Once I found what I wanted I was out the door with my new truck in a little over a hour. More
