Issues with my Journey since I got it. Not even a year old and my radio shuts down , Screen goes black. They can't figure out what is wrong with it. Back and forth trying to fix it for 3 we Not even a year old and my radio shuts down , Screen goes black. They can't figure out what is wrong with it. Back and forth trying to fix it for 3 weeks. Finally get it fixed. Wait almost a year for a call back to get a recall done when they were going to order the part and call me back within 2 weeks. Called multiple times to be told the part hadn't come in yet. When I finally went back in. I had 2 recalls fixed and my sway bars as they lose. Also, mentioned my dash lights kept going on and off and the screen on my radiio was not working right. The woman kinda rolled her eyes at me and said it was because I kept my lights on auto all the time. Told me to keep a watch on iTthe screen I hear a POP! and the screen shatters. Keep in mind I am driving in the car alone. Apparently, while driving with my thumb I shattered the screen so it is my fault and they won't cover it through my warranty.. Maybe, IT WASN'T WORKING RIGHT BECAUSE IT WAS NOY REPLACED CORRECTLY IN THE 3 WEEKS IT TOOK THEM TO DO IT THE FIRST TIME. nOW, i HAVE A CAR THAT i HAVE TO PAY FOR , FOR ANOTHER FIVE YEAQRS AND CANNOT USE ANY OF THE FEATYRESS.
