Waited a month to get an appointment. Told the service department I need my car to get to work and I really needed it back on the same day, the service desk said that wouldn't be an issue Told the service department I need my car to get to work and I really needed it back on the same day, the service desk said that wouldn't be an issue. They booked me in for 9:15am to change a blower motor, two control arms and a waterpump, I dropped my car off the night before. At 2pm that day they called me and said they couldn't change the water pump, they were just starting the job. I told them not to do it and I would come in to pick the car up. When I went to get my car they hadn't done the alignment and I couldn't take it home. They were nice enough to give me a rental, but they were starting a 5+ hour job at 2pm when their mechanics go home at 4:30pm. There's no way I was getting my car back that day, after I told them I needed it and they promised it would be done the same day. Very disorganized service department. More

Very Friendly Service Staff! All team members I interacted with in the service bay smiled and greeted. One team member ushered in my vehicle, another team member handled the se All team members I interacted with in the service bay smiled and greeted. One team member ushered in my vehicle, another team member handled the service & communications, another team member was passing with a "hi" on my arrival, then checked in after my service for a proper conversation, as he felt bad he spoke while walking by in the beginning. Very conscience and friendly staff - available to answer questions and try and make the experience positive. More
