I bought a 2021 Bronco Sport Badlands and was quite happy with my purchase on the day after, but I can now only give 2 stars because they did not have me drive the Bronco Badlands for my test drive - I drove with my purchase on the day after, but I can now only give 2 stars because they did not have me drive the Bronco Badlands for my test drive - I drove the Bronco Big Bend which doesn't have the turbo engine. (I had no idea there would be a difference in sound and that should have been explained to me) When I got my Bronco Sport Badlands home, I noticed a high pitched noise. I brought it in and they said they don't have another on the lot to compare it to so they couldn't tell if it was a normal noise or not. And it was probably just the normal sound of a turbo engine in that model. Had I had the opportunity to drive the Badlands before buying it, I would have heard the sound and not bought it. I am truly disappointed because the salesperson should have warned us that the turbo engine will sound louder and different and should have got our truck out of the showroom to let us take it for a test drive before the paperwork was signed. She was super nice and sweet, but at $45k this is a huge mistake. I am now stuck with a truck that drives me crazy when I drive it for the next 5 years. More

My wife and I went in to have the winter tires taken off and replaced and also have oil change, the 2 procedures were completed quickly and effeciently, we waited outside in chairs provided.
