Brought in vehicle for wiper blade replacement. The representative who booked my appointment said it would be covered under my Ford service package. It took an hour to replace my wiper blades and they representative who booked my appointment said it would be covered under my Ford service package. It took an hour to replace my wiper blades and they ended up charging me for the parts and labor as they said my service package was expired. They did not inform me my service package was expired prior to servicing and performed the work without my consent. More
