Trying to add fuel additive to oil change job without asking Brought car in for oil change. Waiting for ten minutes to get served. Even approached to non occupied techs who did not help. Long time employee saw me waiting and got one of them to help. Since service manager, Mark left this is more normal unfortunately. The tech then tried the usual upsell. I don't mind this as it's there job. He then have me the form to sign for the oil change and it was about ten dollars more than usual. I questioned him on it and he said that was the price...I did I have receipts that site it is not. He then conveniently remembered he added the fuel additive without asking me.... The cost for the additive 10 dollars. This was a poor attempt to get an extra ten dollars from me. Unbelievable. If the service techs are paid on commission this is a huge problem for this dealership whose service levels used to be to notch. I am quicky losing my confidence in the integrity of the service staff here. It appears half are good and half are poor. More
Bad Experience After my visit today I thought and was lead to believe the deal was in the bag on a new vehicle as well as a new customer to Hyundai. After shaking hands on a deal with the salesman and being brought into the Finance Managers office I was told two different sets of #'s in a 25 foot radius. I remained adamant that i was not willing to dish out more money than what was agreed upon moments prior and also inquired as to why I was " lead down the dirt path". Upon reaching a very frustrated level I demanded my ownership back as well as deposit (yes....thats how far i got). My wife being an owner of a Mississauga Hyundai vehicle was briefed on my occurence and her likelihood of returning is slim to none. Thank you Mississauga Hyundai for the worst experience ever in NOT maintaining customer service and satisfaction for that matter! More

Best Car purchasing experience of my life! I went in to Mississauga Hyundai to purchase a 2017 Hyundai Elantra. I got a great deal on my trade that just what I was looking for not only that be I went in to Mississauga Hyundai to purchase a 2017 Hyundai Elantra. I got a great deal on my trade that just what I was looking for not only that because I went on boxing day. I got a 32 inch tv with my purchase. I was also given a set of winter tires with rims on my choice of color car. My salesman Steven Roil kept coming with a better offer every time he went to his sales manager. I traded in a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan that I loved also but no more needed because of gas prices. I don't regret buying from Mississauga Hyundai. I will definitely be going back to purchase my next vehicle from them. I am very happy with my purchase of 2017 Hyundai Elantra thanks to Steven. More

I was left waiting for a service advisor for 20min. All i wanted was an oil change! There is a manager there named vikas which is the fakest sad excuse for a manager. And Dave is even worse. He acts like he knows so much but i asked him a simple question about my car and he had to refer to a tech. He smiles in my face when he clearly sees that i am upset. When i try to speak he just keeps yeahing me along. Very dismissive. Mukesh is the same but with less power. He had to call dave to solve my simple issue which was never solved. I left angry. I feel bad for any employee there that has to work under these 2. More

He said he's giving us the boxing day deal in the beginning, and at the end he says there is no boxing deal on this car. "I will throw in remote starter", but then refused again. However, we thanked him at the end, but he just walked away like we were not important enough. I would not go to him or this dealership again. More
