Difficult to book service. 1) Tried to book service via the Genesis Service port, but was rejected because the car is registered under a corporation and doesn't accept personal 1) Tried to book service via the Genesis Service port, but was rejected because the car is registered under a corporation and doesn't accept personal data. Wasted about 20 minutes because it was not explained up front and was only clarified after a phone call. 2) Then tried to book service via Mississauga Hyundai's online system, but it kept rejecting the email registered with them. Another waste of twenty minutes after several useless tries. 3) Then tried to book service by calling Mississauga Hyundai's service number, but they never answer directly, forcing you every time to listen to their opening hours, etc., as if this info on their website wasn't sufficient already. They will call back when it suits them, but good luck if you have other business to attend to in the meantime. Play telephone tag? By comparison, I called Mississauga Infiniti for service and both, their Reception and their Service Department answered on the first ring. If only Mississauga Hyundai could be so efficient. Unfortunately, we left an efficient dealership just to be closer to another dealer after moving. More
Very Poor Service Department I was really surprised, after having seen the number of ads by Nav Bhatia. Firstly, they would suggest you, for going at other Hyundai Dealership. Happened on two separate visits, with two different employees. Secondly, was a temporary fix of the problem. Thirdly, missing helping attitude. Last and the worst, you may keep leaving voicemails, with no answer. This was my first Hyundai vehicle, after Toyotas and Hondas from last 15 years. More

Below is the text of e-mail that we sent to David McGroarty, Service Manager (btw, we have moved to Johhny's Auto Service in Streetsville, provides honest assistance at reasonable prices; Mike (Manager) has a lot of integrity): "We have moved our service needs to an independent mechanic who knows how to solve issues in a timely manner. Our experience with your service has left much to be desired, from a 5-hour wait for seasonal wheel/tire changes to a quote of $1,300 + labour + HST to repair the LCD HVAC/radio display when it repaired itself today after the battery underwent a deep discharge, not to mention poor/dismal response when we called Hyundai Canada today for assistance with dead battery. We will never return to this dealership for service or for purchase of a new vehicle in 2019. We will do a review of MH and of the independent mechanic who provided good advice over the telephone and replaced our battery in less than one hour today." More

I went to Mississauga Hyundai to look at a used 2012 Honda accord they had in stock. My sales person Anup Kumar was very pushy, and when I said I will go home to think about it, he tried to push me to buy on the spot and made me very uncomfortable. I wound up coming back to buy the car because it was nice and a good price. When I checked the car it was dark because my work schedule I could only come late. I overlooked some body damage and rust spots on the car that I noticed the next morning. When I called Anup to get it fixed he was very reluctant on helping me and said they could only patch the rust. When I told him I would like the full dent repaired he was rude and started laughing at me. I asked for management and the manager Venkat promised he would find me a loner car and repair mine. I called them for weeks and nobody attempted to assist me. I finally dropped my car off with no loner car, just to get it fixed. When I got my car back they left the interior absolutely filthy. The dirt looked intentional as if they had rubbed dirt all over the inside with their hands. On top of everything, the finance manager Praveen Manchanda scammed me for extended warranty. I drive for Uber and informed him of that, to which he sold me a warranty that he claimed Uber drivers come directly to him for. When I subsequently called the warranty company to go over some details, I mentioned that I drive Uber and they told me that they do not insure Uber drivers and they cancelled my policy. When I called Praveen he started hassling me about why I disclosed that I drive Uber. So he lied to me and then told me that I should have lied to the warranty company even though he left me with the impression that the warranty was always used by Uber drivers. He scammed me for the commission. My experience with Mississauga Hynudai made me sick to my stomach and I will never return for business, as well as I will go out of my way to soil the name of this company to everybody I speak to. I would give a 0 rating if I could, but the minimum I can give is 1. More

I loved my accent hatchback and was having a hard time finding a used one with the features I wanted and a price I could afford. A friend recommended that I speak with Omar at Mississauga Hyundai. I'm so glad I took her advice! Omar had just the car for me as soon as I walked through the door. It's such a friendly environment (the coffee is great too). Omar is most wonderfully enthusiastic and has such a generous spirit. I had a fantastic team working to get me into my new (used) set of wheels.
