Our vehicle, Kona N Line Ultimate 2024, was purchased Friday, March 8th. From the initial selection visit, our meeting and dealings with Michael Sauraubh (excellent sales person who kept in touch each step of the way, explaining the process and then provided training on all the features!), and ... today .. a visit of reassurance for a fluid leak (which turned out to be condensation of water) but the service department took our concern very seriously and ensured that all was tip top with our vehicle. Special thanks goes out to Adi who took care of us in service department, kept us very well informed and helped my husband get safely home with Uber for a Zoom appointment. Little did I know, this encounter would significantly change my driving experience for the better. Fast forward to a week later, and I am the proud owner of a Santa Fe Ultimate, my very first SUV. It was love at first sight with this vehicle. Arif was nothing short of excellent. He not only understood my needs but also expertly guided me to the car I had been dreaming of, without any pressure or hassle. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. I am incredibly grateful to Arif for introducing me to my new Santa Fe Ultimate. January 26, 2024: An extremely positive and enriching experience with Parshant Kumar (Product Specialist) when I spent the afternoon picking-up my new 2024 Hyundai Kona. Parshant's warm and welcoming persona, diligent attention to detail, product knowledge, exceptional customer service with abundant patience is highly commendable. An absolute pleasure! :) However, I did not have the same experience with the Sales Manager. I did not feel valued as a customer after the original sale because of his 'lack' of timely communication and response. More
1-The advisor is not friendly, he speaks from his nose and didn’t inform me with what the company provides for customers, he assumes that customers know, ( pick and drop for example). 2-I brought the ca and didn’t inform me with what the company provides for customers, he assumes that customers know, ( pick and drop for example). 2-I brought the car to service because a noise in the engine , the advisor insisted that the engine sound normal. 3- After diagnosis they found out that the Alternator needs change. 4- Parts not available, come back after a week. 5- Alternator changed but need to bring the car back to change the Tensioner where it makes noise. 6- Parts not available, come back after 4 days. 7- Text message after two days, that if you didn’t pay 113 dollars the deductible, they will but a mechanical lien on my car. Even though the advisor gave me the keys and the invoice and said you are good to go. 8-I had to arrange for picking up my car two times out of the three times the car was in Mississauga Hyundai. I wonder if such behaviour ( from Parth) and service is acceptable to the owner and the management. Alaa More
A very welcoming and friendly experience. Sales agent Ala was so helpful and accommodating. I needed a car right away as our vehicle had died and was to old to repair. Ala checked with his manager and they had two canceled orders coming in the first weeks of January. Luckily we were able to purchase one of the cars! Sid the financial manager was great and helped me understand the financing and get the best payment plan and interest rate for me. The car was ready when we expected it and Ala explained all the features. I am very happy with the car and the help we received from Ala and Sid. Thanks Rachel More
