Recently, I’ve have visited this dealership and tied to leased a new vehicle. Because my old car got written off during a car accident, which is a nightmare. So I was helpless, weak and unconscious at that leased a new vehicle. Because my old car got written off during a car accident, which is a nightmare. So I was helpless, weak and unconscious at that time for the fact of losing my first car ever in my life. I wished I could find a new car here. So, I did find a vehicle I love, but during the signing process, the sales manager hide the fact that he put on 2 Extended Warranty & Service plans on the contract. He did not mentioned that during the entire signing process. Also, after I signed the contract, he did not even provide me a copy of what I signed. So I went home with nothing. 3 days after I went to the dealer again, and found out that these 2 plans are going to cost me $7,500 extra. The car itself only worth $30,000, which is unacceptable. Moreover, I search the entire Internet, could not find anything related to these 2 warranty & plans on the contract, other words they don’t even existed. I felt I’ve been misleading by the dealership , and they took advantage from me, using my broken heart to rip me off. Note: Rome is a good guy no doubt, it’s the sales manager who rip me off. More

A note on file! Now I have to drive in the snow 120 kms a day risking my life (I'm not a young chick) until they do their "investigation" I may be out the price of my tires, the tires themselves, and my LIFE for that matter.. NOTHING THEY CAN DO FOR ME UNTIL THEN!!! Nice More

Each time I take my car down for service those guys always have one reason or the other to charge me excessively. I have never been impressed by those guys.
