Mecca in your used car office understood my financial and other restraints and with patience and a very pleasant attitude helped me decide on the 2013 Elantra. She was very helpful with her comments and suggestions and facilitated the trade in of my old car and the purchase of the new. She actually found a scratch on the new car that I has missed and notified me of it the next day and arranged to have it fixed before I got there a few days later to pick it up. As unfamiliar as I am with newer technologies, she actually helped me with my bluetooth and the pairing of my phone, etc. I felt comfortable dealing with her and was quite pleased when she said I could contact her if I had any issues she could address.
