Since last month, i have been visiting different dealerships to decide on my new car and this showroom have had the best client experience.. Atif (sales person) was extremely helpful. He helped me decide my car, explained me all the features in the car, stayed 2 hours over his shift till 11 pm to get all the paperwork done. I decided on the Hyundai Elantra Ultimate hybrid 2021 but only few cars were available in the market of that model due to covid. The sales manager Kenny promised a 14 day time period but got me the car within a week with my choice of colour. This Missisauga Dealership exceeded my expectations of buying my first car. This was not my first car purchased from here. This time it was a Hyundai Elantra. Car tested well and met all expectations. However 10 days later when temperature reached high twenties I discovered the a/c it was a Hyundai Elantra. Car tested well and met all expectations. However 10 days later when temperature reached high twenties I discovered the a/c system did not function. A check indicated four parts had to be replaced but two parts would not be available for three weeks. This was disturbing but four days later after dealer efforts the parts were all located and the problem was solved. Sales and maintenance staff were all very helpful and considerate. I'm very satisfied with the car. Anyone coming to Mississauga Hyundai will be well looked after. More
