Purchased the last Veloster N from their lot and it was a showroom model. Before receiving the vehicle you would expect them to detail the car and have it ready for your pick up. However that wasn't the case showroom model. Before receiving the vehicle you would expect them to detail the car and have it ready for your pick up. However that wasn't the case. The car was still in the showroom and wasn't even ready for my pick up. Shortly after receiving my car, I realized that there was some damage on the car which was most likely from the showroom. There was a scratch on the side skirt, a paint chip near the gas door, and the from bumper lip was cracked. I informed the dealer about it and they told me that they would reach out to a specialist to repair the damage. After waiting more than two months and multiple excuses about the specialist the dealer called a completely different specialist to work on my car. At this point you would expect the specialist to replace the bumper and buff out the paint chip. But again that wasn't the case. The "specialist" did nothing but paint over the damage without any buffing, so the paint chip is still visible. As for the bumper, the cracks on the lip were still there, the only difference made was that they were painted over. On top of all that, the manager, Kenny Duong, had the audacity to tell me that the damage was fixed. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I would not recommend getting a car from here. More

Tho vehicle already comes tinted for two windows are charging $699.. vehicle comes with warranty for 5 years why I have to get extended warranty… paint protection also covered by manufacture.. talking xxxx there own language front of the customers.. don’t respect and care.. stay away .. also there was a other customer who was pissed off same time in the showroom More
My husband and I might have just had the worst experience trying to purchase a Hyundai vehicle from this dealership. We were so disappointed in the customer service and felt as though they were very unorgani trying to purchase a Hyundai vehicle from this dealership. We were so disappointed in the customer service and felt as though they were very unorganised, overpriced, speaking with managers in there own language front of the customers (un respectful and unethical). We were so turned off that we decided to look elsewhere and didn't end up purchasing a Hyundai which we were set on buying in the first place. We won't go back and would not recommend this dealership to any of our friends and family. More

i bought this brand new car in 2020. On 25th August 2022, I went for regular servicing of my car and told them that Blind Spot Sensors are not working properly and it is under the warran On 25th August 2022, I went for regular servicing of my car and told them that Blind Spot Sensors are not working properly and it is under the warranty. They told me that they have to charge me for fixing because the mechanic after looking at the right side of the rear bumper concluded that it has been repainted. After I bought the car, it has never been repainted. It means that they are selling the car which was repainted and they never inform the consumer.
