As a result of his effort, we could bring a car home within 2 days on Dec. 30, 2022. And he made it come true that he gotta make my wife happy with the deal. Ceci Cao and Robin Nelson were the worst managers I ever experienced. They just do not speak in logic. The team messed up the paper work on the day I went into pick up my car. I pointed out the mistake but experienced. They just do not speak in logic. The team messed up the paper work on the day I went into pick up my car. I pointed out the mistake but they treated me like I was the problem. I know fixing a problem could take time especially when it's already submitted electronically but it's how they treat their clients. They had added extended warranty without telling me in the last minute and they never mentioned it to me so I signed it then when I came down stairs, I noticed the wrong amount due on the paper and I wanted to address the problem so I talked to the manager. First, Ceci would try her best to avoid coming down on the phone when my dealer phoned her. She literally shouted, "the client had no questions. Why do I need to come down?" so I had to interrupt the call and asked her to come down because I DO have a question. Then she comes down but she not only never admits her mistake but tosses the blame on me saying stuff like "well you had no questions and signed it. why did you sign?"...etc so on The next day I talked to another manager named, Robin Nelson I explained the story I had with Ceci and addressed the same issue about the warranty they added without me knowing. Then he said, "well it's beneficial for your car" He seemed he was just never interested in helping out his client but only expects the client to be very polite to him saying he doesn't like my tone or whatever. Just unbelievably childish and unprofessional. Almost felt like, he actually tried his best to upset me because he had to deal with the mistake the team made, not himself. I mean, then who should I go talk to? Lack of knowledge of what really is going on and never really tries to understand the client's situation. There's more to say about his behaviour but won't even be worth my time typing them in. Both mangers, very unprofessional, rude and impolite manner and behaviour towards their clients. If they simply didn't care at all, it would have been better because then I could go and find someone else who actually cares but it's almost like they are trying to make clients get angry by arguing back with nonsense in such a tedious manner. I guess that's how they bump up their ego but they need to do their work in the first place to feel good about themselves, not by insulting their clients. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More
I was looking for a car and Deepak helped me, within 2 weeks time he was able to get me the car I wanted and I'm really happy with the services that I got, I can't Thank him enough. I was really stressed out, because my work is with a car, Deepak helped me with really quickly and now he's number 1 person to go to. He has helped me like a family member. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced is at this dealership. Service manager very rude and not helpful. It is not my first time taking back my SUV which bought my SUV there ha experienced is at this dealership. Service manager very rude and not helpful.
