He patiently listened to what we were looking for and then made suggestions as to what might suit our needs. He was very patient as the 3 of us took turns test driving a variety of vehicles. He knew the details about each vehicle and answered our myriad of questions. There was never a moment where we felt pressured or pushed. Definitely not like the "Used Car Salesman" of the old days. Overall the dealership seems to be very focused on a good customer experience from initial greeting, to sales staff and managers. Ken was extremely knowlegable about the car's features and was happy to let me take my time through a few different test drives and dealer visits. After purchasing the 2016 Honda Civic he even took time out of his evening to personally give me a ride from the other side of town when my car was ready for pickup. Would definitely recommend Ken to anyone looking to buy a Honda! More
