It was a disappointing start when one of the sales representatives offered to include all season matts and an overall final price, which then the manager did not approve. It was very frustrating that I was presented with one option and then told I could not longer have it. Thankfully, Mark Petkovski stepped in and made it possible for me to reach a price range that I was comfortable in, and included the all season matts. Mark touched based after I received my car and has been able to answer all question in a quick manner ever since! Overall the dealership provided a quick service as I was able to get my car within a couple days. I would definitely recommend Mark Petkovski moving forward! More

One of our stops was at the end of the day at Mississauga Honda. It was a very busy Saturday and Ken greeted us to see what we were looking for. Ken showed us a range of cars and SUV's. He was very professional, patient and knowledgable with the different cars we were looking at. We really couldn't decide between the new CRV or Accord but Ken took us out for a drive, explained the differences and our decision was made. We loved the new Honda Accord and bought it! We needed to wait for a few weeks to pick up the car so we made arrangements to pick it up after work in the evening. Once Ken found out when we were picking up the new car, he came back to work to meet me to make sure everything was good! Since then, Ken has called a few times to see if we had any questions and still happy with the Honda Accord. Ken truly cares about his customers and providing great service. That really helped us make our decision and we are enjoying our new Honda! More

Jhon, the sales person jumped on her ignorance and asked her to sign the contract on the spot and demanded $500 be put as a deposit. I thought UCDA dealers were supposed to go through much more than 30 minutes in order to convince someone to purchased their used automobile, When she came home she was tormenting herself that that was not her colour choice and wanted to change her mind. We approached the dealership again on Monday, since their were closed on Sunday, After much discussions, the Manager of the used car dept., agreed to return $350 and kept $150 as their 'fee'. Never heard this before. We did not touch the car; did not ask any mechanic to check it nor the dealearship did any work on it because of our agreement, they would done perhaps on Monday. But this whole thing appeared to be too cheap and unprofessional to me. By retaining $150 they did not make us poor but they themselves made look cheap. On top of that they have not returned the money into our account for over a week.....still awaiting confirming from our credit card issuer More

But we still needed to find a salesperson whom we could connect with; we talked to Ken Rodrigues and we knew we were in good hands. Right away after we stated what we were looking for, either an Accord or a CR-V, our price range, etc. Ken took us outside to look at both models; he explained clearly and patiently the differences between them, pointing them out. He demonstrated some of the features, thus allowing us to see rather than just hear. Throughout the negotiating process, we felt no pressure at all, which made the whole experience very pleasant and stress-free. To summarize, we found Ken to be very knowledgeable, very professional, very aware of our needs as customers, and all along, working with us and for us. If someone was to ask us, "do you recommend a salesperson at a dealership?" we would not hesitate to recommend Ken Rodrigues at Mississauga Honda. More
