ORIGINAL REVIEW WAS 2 STARS. received a call from Jon at Mills Motors who made a next day appointment to review the work. Jon immediately asked us what our concerns were when we dropped off the car. He agreed the job was not performed properly and had it fixed within 24 hours. They aligned the rear door properly, re-painted a small section on the front and rear door. They polished out some scratches that were left. They vehicle was cleaned in the inside and out. Jon also arranged a rental for the day at no charge. To say the least Jon made what was originally a really bad experience into something that my faith is restored if I was to do business again with Mills. So to the Principle owner and GM at Mills make sure you thank Jon for going above and beyond My 2017 Ford Escape was backed into by another driver causing minor damage to the rear passenger door. My insurance recommended Mills as the preferred repair center in the area. It took over 2 hours to get the quote done. Most of this time was actually waiting for someone to show up at the collision center as it was left unattended. We had asked several sales reps if they could ask someone to assist, each time they said they will let the manager know you are waiting. Upon completion of the quote we were booked in for 3 weeks later. Vehicle was in the shop for a week and a half. My wife picked it up and upon returning home I noticed that the door panel no longer lines up correctly to the rear fender or front door. Sticks out far too much. Not nearly within tolerance for any body panel. I also noticed that they must have been having troubles lining up the door panel because at some pint the rear door and front door made contact as the paint is now chipped on both the doors. Poor workman ship and what makes it worse is that they did not even inspect the car before sending it home. Dust inside the car from sanding I guess, not sure. I had to clean it all up. Called to report the problem and they requested for me to come back in 2 weeks to drop it off again. I did take it to my Ford dealer who said they would not touch it. They also said this should have never been allowed to leave like this. I cant comment about anything else about this dealership, I dont suspect once it fixed properly I would be returning for anything in the future. More
Unable to pump gas Had issues with our 2017 Buick Verano recently when we were unable to pump gas at the normal flow rate without having the pump nozzle continually shut Had issues with our 2017 Buick Verano recently when we were unable to pump gas at the normal flow rate without having the pump nozzle continually shut off at numerous stations. We had several frustrating dealership attempts to diagnose the problem with no success even after the fuel tank was replaced. Finally at the last visit it was decided to replace the entire fuel filler pipe assembly. Somehow with all the safety features built into new cars, replacing that filler pipe solved the problem. In the last several days, no problems pumping gas. All Parts and labour was covered--- NO Charge. Thank you, Service Department staff, and a special Thank You to Don Switzer for his input. More

We told him what options we were looking for and he was able to locate the perfect Terrain for us in a timely matter. Dave will go the extra mile for his clients. When dealing with Eric in Service he is so knowledgeable of the mechanics of our vehicle that we feel very comfortable with his recommendations.
