During the call she informed me of service special available, which I was happy to take advantage of. Jennifer also catered to my hectic schedule just as we were leaving for a family road trip vacation - making sure the vehicle was properly serviced and squeezing us in at a time that was convenient. When I arrived for service the service representative was friendly, courteous and asked confirmed I was able to take advantage of the service special available. He also asked if there were any other concerns I had, which there was. He promptly called the service manager to look at my wheel, who recorded photos and details. Eric assured the dealership would look into the matter while we were off enjoying our vacation. The shuttle drivers were both very prompt, friendly and respectful. They enjoy knowing their customers and talking about the times past in Oshawa - there's a lot to talk about there!
