Had a problem with an ignition key. purchased a new key and found out it would not program. referred to Don, shop foreman who spent time analysing problem and programmed new key. Very pleased with service. and found out it would not program. referred to Don, shop foreman who spent time analysing problem and programmed new key. I bought my car from a dealer in Markham and then I stared to go to Mills for service and never once did I regret it .It is a firstclass dealership, everyone there goes out of there way to make sure yo stared to go to Mills for service and never once did I regret it .It is a firstclass dealership, everyone there goes out of there way to make sure your happy.Klye is who I deal with there he is fantastic and is very knowledgable.My car is always ready when he says it going to be and may I add washed too. Over the course of two weekends, I visited every dealership that sold trucks and SUVs in the Oshawa and Whitby area. I spent hours surfing on the Web for dealerships that would have a great deal on dealership that sold trucks and SUVs in the Oshawa and Whitby area. I spent hours surfing on the Web for dealerships that would have a great deal on a new or gently used truck. From the moment I met Jackie and Caroline from Mills Motors Buick GMC, I felt appreciated as a new customer in general...and taken seriously as a female customer looking to buy a truck. Everything was easy and all my questions answered. A pleasure to deal with and we will probably purchase another vehicle for my spouse from Mills Motors Buick GMC in a couple of years. More
Waited half hour to be taken in for my 1:00 oil change appt. Rude and unhelpful service advisor. Four hours later I came back to get my truck and was told it was ready an hour ago. No one called the numbe appt. Rude and unhelpful service advisor. Four hours later I came back to get my truck and was told it was ready an hour ago. No one called the number I left to let me know. A few days later my engine light comes on for the first time. A 3 year old truck with 40,000 kms that just had an oil change. I call Mills to ask what the did and am told they are too busy to look at it today, but I could leave it overnight and they would look at it tomorrow.I was told that I could drop it off after work, and they would get me a ride home. I told them I would be there at 4:00. I dropped off the truck and was told to have a seat in the waiting room and that the shuttle service would be right there. After waiting 45 minutes, I gave up and walked the 5 km home. I will never, ever go there again and am telling everyone I know what a joke of a shop they are. The worst customer service I have ever seen. GM need to weed out these dealers before they go broke again. More
