There have been several occasions where he has helped us save money and avoid unnecessary services. This is very important in an industry where customers may be leary of being taken advantage of. When there is an issue with one of the cars he is very clear in his communication about what the problem is and what needs to be done. That is my favorite thing - having things explained. It is very satisfying to have all your questions answered and really understand what is happening with your car. The prices he quotes are always accurate, and the car is ready when he says it will be. He arranges shuttle service or rental cars for us when needed. To be honest, i feel sorry for other people when i hear their horror stories going to other mechanics and dealerships. Why not just go to Mills GMC? Just go see Eric and everything will be okay! More

Exceptional customer service I was absolutely blown away by the customer service I received from Kim!!! Very Satisfied Customer I recently had the tires replaced on my Camaro and the service was prompt and the price was fair. Employees were friendly and went the extra distance. I had been at the Durham Region dealership where I had purchased the car and declined to get the work done there.One week the tires were fine (according to them) and then a week later all tires needed to be replaced (according to them).This was a large safety concern that gave me little confidence in the other dealership. The best decision that I have made in a long time was contacting Mills Motors. I dealt with Chris McMurray in the sales/ customer service department and he was great and is a very good representative for Mills Motors. More
Mills took care of it It stated with a vibration so i took my truck to the dealer to fix and got it back. Still there had it in a number of times and the dealer told me I had to call the customer service line so I did . They said someone will call me back in a couple of days. No call a week later i call them back and they tell me that someone is working on it and will call me back. This went on for weeks. They even went as far as telling me that the vibration is normal if it goes away after about 15 to 20 min of driving. Well mine didn't do I keep getting the run around and kep in contact with Don S. at the dealer ship the hole time. Finally the last time I spoke with the customer service people I again got the run around so I called Don and explained everything to him again and even the service department said it was from the bad tires under the truck. So finally after weeks of going through this Don had enuff and told me give me alittle bit and I'll call you back in a few. When he called me back he asked me "when can you bring in your truck cause I've had enuff of this and this is what I'm going to do. I'm going to put diffrent tires under your truck and we will go from there." So at the end of the say what I'm saying is if you want to buy a new ride the you should go to mills they will stand behind you all the way. Thanks Don. Oh ya and thanks to Randy for helping with my truck. If you go to mills ask for Randy he is awesome dosnt beat around the bush tell him what you want and he will listen to what you want and do his bet to get it. Treated Like a King Due to the complexity of my repair, I reluctantly took my 2014 Traverse in for service to Mills Motors. Grumbling about having to attend Mills for ser Due to the complexity of my repair, I reluctantly took my 2014 Traverse in for service to Mills Motors. Grumbling about having to attend Mills for service, I was greeted by Bill Waller, who instantly put me at ease. His friendly, charismatic demeanour had me shuffled away in a shuttle service. When the repair was going to take longer than anticipated and my need to be in Toronto on a family matter, I was picked up and fitted for a loaner for two days at no expense to me. I was satisfied with the initial repair; however, there was one small issue that didn't sit right with me, which most people wouldn't notice or be concerned with; however, none the less, it was an issue for me and Mills Motors wanted me to be a completely satisfied customer. It was dealt with in a timely manner and I am now completely satisfied. Bill was more then gracious and he wasn't satisfied until I was. I was very impressed and felt like a very respected GM owner. Thanks Bill. I would seek out support from Bill if I should need future service. Great job Mills!! More
