I booked the appointment for the next day...took my vehicle in....offered the shuttle home which I accepted(I declined the courtesy vehicle that was offered) and my vehicle was ready even earlier than expected. The service process from start to finish was excellent, easy and fast...all the things I look for. More
Great sales experience! Recently we purchased a new vehicle and met with Al. Even though we had never met him before he made us feel very comfortable. He was also very knowledgable about the vehicle we chose and did not pressure us to make a purchase He searched other dealers to try and find the vehicle that best suited us and our budget. He was very honest and straightforward and cared enough to follow up a few days after we got the car to make sure that we were satisfied . We would highly recommend him to anyone. More

Fair & Honest I had a frustrating experience with the "service engine light" coming on & off repeatedly on my car. It was frustrating because when the service ligh I had a frustrating experience with the "service engine light" coming on & off repeatedly on my car. It was frustrating because when the service light was on, I would make an appointment, and when I would bring my car in the service light would be off! Besides the service engine light flashing on and off, I knew something was wrong with my car with the way it felt and sounded at times when I was driving. However, it was difficult for the staff to diagnose the problem in my car when the service engine light was not on, so several times I brought my car in with no resolution at the end of the appointment. I was definitely frustrated, and I am sure Jeremy (Service Advisor) knew it. The reason I am writing this positive review is the way I was treated - very professional, honest, and fair - even when I was expressing my unhappiness. Jeremy made sure I was not charged anything for the visits that did not result in solving the problem. I was not charged for the time the team spent time trying to diagnose my car, including keeping it overnight to do a cold start, and taking it for drives around the neighbourhood. Of course there is a happy ending to this story and the problem was eventually solved, and Jeremy was kind enough to apply a discount to the repairs, which did help offset the inconvenience of multiple visits. A car is just a machine, and sometimes machines need repairs. I appreciate that Jeremy was honest when they were not 100% sure what repair was needed, because I can imagine that some mechanics may suggest "possible" solutions, causing the customer to pay for repairs that may not even be necessary. Thank you again for your patience and fairness when dealing with a frustrated customer! More
