My most recent visits in service have had me returning back to advisor Jeremy. I've know him for years from his previous dealership. He is always polite and listens to the customer for any vehicle issues. I had a problem with my other truck and wasn't resolved for 4 visits. This time, I came in and told him about it, and he immediately told me he knew the issue and they were stocking parts for the issue. Turns out it's now a service bulletin. Everything completed in 1 regular service visit, and before the time promised. They always keep you up to date on your vehicles progress as well. I recommend this dealership for service.
