I took my truck in for an oil change and when I got home I noticed that on my receipt they had put in 0w20 oil when my truck takes 5w30 oil. When I took it back they were not very friendly and somewhat co I noticed that on my receipt they had put in 0w20 oil when my truck takes 5w30 oil. When I took it back they were not very friendly and somewhat confused. I said why not look at the filler cap which states that it requires 5w30. After the service advisor confirmed that he went to get a technician and they told me that technician doesn’t look at the paperwork just puts in the oil recommended on the filler cap. Looks like I was charged for the more expensive oil. Don’t trust these guys and will get an oil change somewhere else to make sure it’s done right. Rip off!! More
