Brought our 2019 spark in for what we thought might of been leaking brake fluid but turned out might of just been condensation from the exhaust, never seen that before on any vehicles we have had in the p been leaking brake fluid but turned out might of just been condensation from the exhaust, never seen that before on any vehicles we have had in the past. However it was brought to our attention the front brakes were sticking and the rear needed service as well. We just bought this car this past summer elsewhere and we had no idea, the car only has 25,000kms on it so we just thought that’s how it was meant to drive. Needless to say we got the work done and wow the car drives so much better, very impressed by the transparency of the service department for bringing this to our attention. Will return for any other work needed. More

After being told they recommend a alignment after putting tires on I did not agree to it. I have bought many new tires over the years and never had to get a alignment at the same time. So I did not agree. tires on I did not agree to it. I have bought many new tires over the years and never had to get a alignment at the same time. So I did not agree. But much to my surprise it was done without my permission and on the bill. Before leaving dealship a warning of tire pressure was on the dash so I went back in and asked. I was told it would go off automatically. Well it didn’t so I had to return the following day to get it shut off. Was not impressed. Parts guy was fantastic and very personable. Sales guy I spoke to was very nice. Girl in the service part. Not impressed with. Tires are great and car handles much better. Will be returning but be watching more carefully on what is being done to vehicle without permission and not be paying for what I don’t authorize. More
