Good experience. Everything was fine with the dealership and sales staff. He did his job but wasn't pushy , Braden listened to everything me and my wife wanted and showed us what worked for our needs and I couldn't be happier with the vehicle ! I want to give a special thanks to Braden for really going the extra mile ,he completely worked around my schedule , would quickly answer my emails no matter what time of day ! One improvement would be to greet customers at the service desk as they come in and say to wait a moment. I find there is no eye contact until they are ready to help me out, but would it be so hard to say hello, good morning, I will be with you in a moment? It just makes me think they don't see me, or just want to ignore me. I'm not asking to be seen quicker, just acknowledged. More
