pond xxxx all the bad reviews are correct. i gave them 2 body work jobs. on the second one they scraped the paint off the fender on the opposite side of the all the bad reviews are correct. i gave them 2 body work jobs. on the second one they scraped the paint off the fender on the opposite side of the car from where they repaired the car. i didn't see it until after i had paid. i took the car back and they refused to fix the damage. it is now rusting. on top of this they wrecked my car in the serivce deparment right after i bought it. messed up the idle. the car was vibrating uncontrollabaly for 6 months . the buffoons only had to make one minor adjustment to fix it and refused to do anything for 6 months. subsequnetly it now doesn't shake but uses way more gas then advertised because they tried some adjustment that permanently changed teh gas consumption. . jim miller --corrupt, body shop manager. the service manager is gone i forget his name. Even with the ownership turn over and subsequent staffing changes on the service side the quality service experience remains at 5 stars. Mark and his team are responsive and do a good job of explaining what is required and what can wait. My other car is serviced at a local garage (also very good with domestics) and pricing at Midway is comparable. More
Service for drivers window not functioning I have dealt with Midway for 3 vehicle purchases, and all subsequent service - this is the LAST time I will deal with Midway and Nissan. They service I have dealt with Midway for 3 vehicle purchases, and all subsequent service - this is the LAST time I will deal with Midway and Nissan. They serviced the window and informed me that I needed a NEW battery, at $255, which is $100 higher than CAA offers, and when I tried to explain that the battery wasn't the issue, they refused to listen to their customer, I have picked up the vehicle, with a boost, which took their service tech's three attempts to BOOST the car, and after a quick run on the highway, the battery is fully powered and I have NOT had to replace it...at their inflated price. I will no longer be dealing with Nissan nor Midway. More

Have been a repeat customer for years I have personally bought a new Nissan Altima there, my parents and sibling are repeat customers at midway also in service and sales. My wife and I were in the market for a new SUV for her and we decided to take a look at the Nissan Rogue. my first thought was if we were looking at Nissan we needed to see Sean Williamson. He was great as always, very personable and trustworthy. I don't feel like I am on the defensive when speaking to him about pricing, he even advised me that their was certain discounts we were eligible for because of my previous line of work which I didn't know existed. top notch dealership! More
Never returned my voicemail I left a voicemail and tried booking an appointment on their website to arrange a date/time over 4 weeks ago now, and nobody returned my call. I know I left my name, phone number, etc. So, I went somewhere else with my car and got an appointment booked in a week. I wouldn't consider that good customer service on Nissan's part. Even if they are super busy, a courtesy call notifying me of that would have been great. I will not bring my vehicle there for service again. More

First and last visit to this dealer for me, wish I still had my HONDA. More
