Questionable service tactics- I received a recommended service reminder via email suggesting that it's time to do a brake fluid change and that the recommended interval for this service is every 12 months service reminder via email suggesting that it's time to do a brake fluid change and that the recommended interval for this service is every 12 months /16,000kms. However, Nissan Canada's maintenance schedule (and owners manual) clearly states that the interval to do the brake fluid change is 24 months/ 32,000kms for my vehicle. Seems like they are recommending unneeded service to increase their service department revenues. More

Brought my Murano in for brake service. There were some outstanding service issues that had not been completed. They gave me a break on the bill due to the extra servicing, arranged for a ride to and from outstanding service issues that had not been completed. They gave me a break on the bill due to the extra servicing, arranged for a ride to and from work, and had my freshly washed vehicle ready and waiting by the agreed to time. Great job. More
I have had great service at Midway Nissan. I bought a used Rogue from a different dealership but brought it here for service. Midway Nissan dealt with the other dealership and my extended warranty (altho used Rogue from a different dealership but brought it here for service. Midway Nissan dealt with the other dealership and my extended warranty (although there was a $100 deductible each visit) for the costs and fixed the check engine light problem, the gas tank cover and replaced 2 lights. They also replaced a cover/cap in the back that was missing, free of charge :-) I found them to be polite, capable and prompt. And during COVID their protocols were excellent. I recommend Midway Nissan. More
I picked up my 2020 Nissan Kicks today and was extremely satisfied with my salesperson JohnGuisso!! My friend was also impressed with John and is seriously considering buying a Kicks as well! I switched over to Whitby because ajax was very rude to me. I shouldn’t have this dealership is even worse. Do not care about there customers. I have tried to reach out 4 times, once by voicemail, three times by chat to get someone to contact me about my recent service and how I am unhappy with it and not one person after several people promised me someone would reach out. I love my car but once I decide to trade it in I for sure won’t be going to Nissan with the way they have treated me since the beginning. Do not choose Nissan, they are not emphatic and can’t even bother to return there customers calls. More

Each & Every Staff at Midway Nissan are THE BEST EVER,Had some issues with my Rogue,Got a loaner Vehicle only because my Vehicle was under Warranty,Th Each & Every Staff at Midway Nissan are THE BEST EVER,Had some issues with my Rogue,Got a loaner Vehicle only because my Vehicle was under Warranty,They unfortunately had my Vehicle done on the day it was suppose to be completed :( Because i was enjoying the Comfort/Bells & Whistles of the Loaner Vehicle.SWEET A*% Ride,Thanks to the G.M. & Connor, lol I dealt with Each & Everyone of the Staff this time around,Not just Toby (Who is a Wonderful Young Man) and i must Say,They are all Pleasant,Kind,Fun Loving,Actually i was Treated like Family there, When My Husband & I were looking for a new Vehicle,We had it down to 3 Different Vehicle's and We are so Happy to Say the Choice We Made was one of best Decisions Ever as it is a Huge Investment. Thank You To Each & Everyone Of You For Everything, I do Like all of You( And we do have some Laughs) but hope i do not see you until Next Year :) More
Terrible service department. Murano schedule today for oil change at 9:30am, dropped car at 9:15am returned at 1:50pm and vehicle had not even been moved from where I parked it. Really .... couldn’t even oil change at 9:30am, dropped car at 9:15am returned at 1:50pm and vehicle had not even been moved from where I parked it. Really .... couldn’t even call to say it would be longer ... disgusting service. Won’t ever go back to this dealership! More
