He knows my name, he knows the history of both Nissan vehicles my family drives and he knows his stuff. He has to do double duty on friendly now that Rocco is gone, I sincerely wish you the best of luck finding his equivalent, any ideas Rodney (hint hint)? And of course, the service technicians behind the scenes always do a superb job making my Nissans run smoothly. I absolutely can't sign off without a shout out to John and Steve in pre-owned. If it weren't for your quality salesmanship and personality based approach, we wouldn't have 2 Nissans to service. Well done Midway Team! More

The fake report just speaks to the lack of character of the writer, and his personal issues. This former employee also writes on behalf of his current employer, who is most likely unaware of their employee's behaviour and attitude. Interesting that both shoddy comments come from exactly the same location. Let's move on to some real facts... MIDWAY NISSAN has been in business for over 50 years, always family owned and operated. Loyal customers spread the word about their on-going positive experiences and service at the business. One might say that it is the team/family feel that makes MIDWAY NISSAN stand out. The dealership has more new Nissans than any other dealer in eastern Ontario. Success is due to the positive, hard-working staff throughout the dealership. More
Worst car dealer in the nation - do not go to midway nissan PLS BEWARE OF THIS DEALER - THEY SELL LEMONS AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS BIG LEMONS - THEY CENSOR THE REVIEWS ON THE WEBSITE AND THE SENIOR MANA PLS BEWARE OF THIS DEALER - THEY SELL LEMONS AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS BIG LEMONS - THEY CENSOR THE REVIEWS ON THE WEBSITE AND THE SENIOR MANAGEMENT COVERS UP FOR THE POOR SERVICE WHEN THEIR STAFF AND TECHS SCREW UP !! THE CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED LIKE xxxx AND NO RESPECT !! The worst dealership in my opinion. I purchased a Nissan Murano from the used car lot, it was sold to me as a "quality Nissan Product" All Midway Nissan was concerned about was "how much money they had put into the car" prior to my purchase. Within the first 3 weeks of ownership, the vehicle was in the shop 4 times for progressively worse issues. I had asked for a full refund on this vehicle as I felt they had sold me a lemon. Steve Vesters - sales manager - stated "That will never happen" and also went on to tell me "I know the law and if you wish to proceed, you cannot drive your vehicle and this will be locked up in this matter for 6 to 8 months". Midway has refused to HELP out on any of the MANY issues unless I pay FULL PRICE. I went to Clarington Nissan for its first oil change and they found leaks in the transfer case, oil leaks as well as a few others. I took the vehicle back to Midway (now only having the vehicle for 2 months - I was expected to get an oil change every 4000 kms to honor this LUBRICO warranty that was given to me as a sign of good faith (read the fine print in this warranty - they cover NOTHING)), Midway told me "they have no clue what they are doing or talking about" - I asked for a mechanic friend of mine to have a look in their presence - he found the leaks - pointed them out and still - Midway refused to see these leaks and did NOTHING to help other than offer to replace a $2 seal in a $20 location - again - as good faith - they cleaned up the underside and sent me on my way. 8 months into owning the vehicle - transfer case had pretty much run dry - caused by this leak Midway refused to acknowledge. Thanks to Clarington Nissans knowledge and willingness to help - they notified me that the leak was present and clearly affecting the operations of the vehicle. A month later - transmission needed replacing (under Nissaqn Canada warranty - Midway REFUSED to advise me the transmission as covered for 200,000 kms) - Clarington Nissan has done the transmission (under warranty) and dealt with the transfer case seals (they split the cost with me - something Midway should have done right from the start) Unless you want to be taken to the cleaners - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM OR USE MIDWAY NISSAN FOR ANY SERVICING If you are looking for honesty and integrity from the staff - go see Clarington Nissan It would be nice if Midway would allow negative reviews to be posted on their site - they censor every review being posted and only permit positive - 5 star reviews - I am sorry to say - NO ONE CAN BE THAT PERFECT - not even a car dealership I have tried to post on their site 3 times - none of which have been permitted to be seen by the public. I have bought 3 vehicles here dating back to 2000. My buying experience was excellent in every case, and the service staff from counter to parts to repair is very good.
