Booking an appt for service is a waste of time I booked an appt for 2pm for a simple oil change and tire rotation and didn't get my car back until 3:25. There was no explanation as to why it took so long or any form of apology. I would fully understand if I didn't have an appt, but what is the point in booking an appt when you still wait almost an hour and a half for a simple procedure? Totally unacceptable, and will definitely cause me to think of going elsewhere for my next oil change. The only bright spot from this experience was the Service Person Sue. Even though she didnt offer any explanation for the delay, otherwise she was very good. I even left me credit card there, and she quickly called me to come back and get it. More

A continuing great experience with the Service Staff I am a regular customer at Midway Nissan and have always been very satisfied with the experience at the service counter. I appreciate being greeted by I am a regular customer at Midway Nissan and have always been very satisfied with the experience at the service counter. I appreciate being greeted by name every time I come in and welcomed like a friend of the family. My driving habits have me visiting Midway Nissan at least four times year due to the mileage I put on my 2010 Rogue. The team on the service desk has always advised and serviced me well and as a result the vehicle has performed without any interruptions in my need to travel around southern Ontario for business. I have recently retired and will not be doing the kind of miles anymore but will continue to have my car serviced at Midway just a little less often. Sorry Junade! You guys are the best!! More
