At first I had a good experience but now I’m not so pleased. Before I signed paper work on a used truck I was told it needed time in the shop I was understanding and agreed to the sale still but I sign pleased. We purchased a 2024 lincoln nautilus recently and between the day we confirmed purchase and physical pickup was 14 days. During that time the vehicle was too have gone through an 80 point inspection and deta the day we confirmed purchase and physical pickup was 14 days. During that time the vehicle was too have gone through an 80 point inspection and detailing. The detailing was not completed at all as the same smudges and items were still there on pickup. Also the oil was due for change and they neglected to complete that simple task. So I question the entire inspection process. Overall not happy with the customer service. More
