Was trying to trade up to a Mercedes and went through the process giving all info needed. Once mentioned I had a treaty card for the no taxes I got one reply back after that. I was inquiring on financing but was going to make it a cash deal. Maybe as a First Nations person I’m not supposed to have a Mercedes’. Every other time I’ve contacted about a new vehicle at other dealerships the salesmen have been great at inquiring if I’m still interested or had any other questions. Not here!! So my new vehicle is being purchased elsewhere. Definitely feel the my race is the reason. Don’t recommend buying here if you are First Nations guess we aren’t supposed to be able to afford it. More

The service pricing didn't make sense. I feel I was charged twice for an oil change. Overall, the whole service thing felt like a money grab. I just had my GLC 300 serviced and the service was excellent. Eli Zaba was most accommodating even advising me of the road restrictions as there is presently an intense rain storm.
