Arjun is not only highly professional but also has a fantastic sense of humor that made the process enjoyable. He's incredibly knowledgeable about the various types of vehicles available and went the extra mile to ensure my wife and I found exactly what we were looking for. Arjun's dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz Regina and Arjun Parmar for his outstanding services! More
Please! ! For your own sake, do not come to this MB dealership in Regina! The whole team are a bunch of xxxxxxxx trying to scam you out of your money. From ! For your own sake, do not come to this MB dealership in Regina! The whole team are a bunch of xxxxxxxx trying to scam you out of your money. From top to bottom, Hanbo the general manager just walks around with his nose too high in the air. Marcus will force a sale on you acting as if you owe HIM money. Don't get me started on Eli Zaba, the supposed 'Service Advisor'. Eli is a bully who mansplains and is uses intimidation tactics to force you to pay for services and 'problems' for a brand new car you never agreed to. Don't want to? Okay, I'll just keep your car hostage until you pay it off. A literal xxxxxxxxx. So is Aaron, the Service Manager, complicit and is always trying to squeeze your wallets dry. Aidan on the other hand is a great fellow, professional, polite, and respectful. The service department should learn a little something from him. At this dealership, I have never met so many fellas walking around in suits that have no idea what they are supposed to be doing. Customer service? I don't think that exists in their vocabulary. Transparent service billing and invoicing? Good luck finding that here. Do yourself a huge favour and drive a little ways up to Saskatoon or even Calgary (or even Vancouver, the team is terrific, knowledgable, and always treats people with respect). DO NOT ever get a car or get service from this dealership. More
3 days before I went in to get the heater installed a check engine light came on. I went to the dealership and said you might want to check why. After picking up the car They handed me a quote to fix the check engine light came on. I went to the dealership and said you might want to check why. After picking up the car They handed me a quote to fix the problem. It was a bill for 2700.00 for a oil flow regulator valve that failed. I asked Aaron what would cause that and he immediately said "Oh, a freeze up" it was not covered under warranty. I fought with MBCanada as well. I paid the 2700.00 even though it should have been covered in my estimation. I did everything I could do so it didn't happen. I have now had my car at at Queen City AutoBody for nearly a month to get the new bumper put on and dents knocked out. I went in today to see how things were going. They are still waiting on some moldings and a grill. No biggy, parts are hard to come by, I know this. The insurance company and body shop noted there was a recall notice on the windshield because of poor adhesive on the glass between the windshield and sunroof. The glass can come off and fly off. I went to the dealership and asked Aaron the service manager about it. He said he was not aware of any recall notice and I should put a claim in with my insurance company. Ya know what, I went home and checked myself. There is indeed a Recall notice on the glass as well as a brake issue that has not been addressed on my car. Pretty serious safety issues I say. I called MB and I waited on hold for an hour and was hung up on. I called the dealership and was transferred to the service managers voice mail. My package policy was done though SMI at a Knight insurance as the broker. My renewal just came in the mail today. Rod Oszust, Tami Holloway Makowsky please read this. Knight insurance has a monopoly on the sales, service, and insurance of my car. This is wrong and illegal. I now have to go to Saskatoon or Calgary for service on my car. I am so done with The Knight Group! More
