They quickly diagnosed the suspension issue and completed the repair the same day, all fully covered under warranty with no charge. That level of service and transparency really stood out and was genuinely appreciated. The vehicle now drives noticeably smoother, and the whole process was seamless. Kendra even reached out ahead of time to offer an Uber while the vehicle was being serviced, which made things incredibly convenient. It’s rare to have an experience this smooth and stress-free, especially on a first visit. I agreed and mentioned I’d be there around 3–4 PM. Unfortunately, I arrived just 10 minutes before 6 PM after driving nearly 40 minutes—juggling my daughter’s gymnastics class and other errands—only to find out the parts weren’t available. I was told I now have to wait until next Tuesday because Monday is a holiday. This delay means my car can’t go for its safety inspection on Tuesday, my temporary permit expires Monday, and I may need to tow the car just to get it done. It’s really disappointing how this was handled—especially after being assured the parts would be ready for pickup today. More

Max did a thorough examination and repaired the vehicle in an expert way. Raj went over the invoice and clearly explained every item that was dealt with. I was surprised that the repair was so expensive, but I was better off paying people who really knew what they were doing. More
