It's ridiculous that my credit was checked before the availability of the vehicle. More
Again and again every visit a nightmare Took my gls550 out of the shop and after a few hours check engine was on. Took about an hour and three hang ups to book an appointment. I was also in a hurry and he was very helpful and made my visit very comfortable. He was very caring towards me and my kids and accommodated our commitments and arranged a ride to take us to where we needed to be considering that I didn’t have my vehicle as it needed repairs. He did an excellent job with the repairs and he did it very efficiently. I really appreciate his effort and I know he’s always willing to help. More

I was looking at a spe Got my new Mercedes-Benz C43 2months ago at this dealership. It was a referral from one of my buddy and the deal went smoothly. I was looking at a specific model (year end model) and my Sales Advisor located one for me in another dealership. He offered all the credits and rebates available for the car, it was really an hassle free experience. When we were closing the deal, the sales manager came out to greet us. My car delivered within a week and my sales advisor followed up with me very closely and even reply my messages late at night. It was an A+ experience at MB Thornhill. Got a great deal for my first M-B. Very pleasant experience. More
Worst Car Buying Experience I bought a ML350 here. The vehicle delivery was delayed, the name plate request for customized plate was taken down at time of sale but they decided ( I bought a ML350 here. The vehicle delivery was delayed, the name plate request for customized plate was taken down at time of sale but they decided (for some reason) get a generic plate. There was not a single word of apology from the dealership during this process. I chose not to buy my wife's car from here and went all the way to Mississauga. I am in Richmond hill and prefer to go to New Market to service rather than to the dealership. More

I have had the great pleasure to work with Vivian Chan for the purchase my first Mercedes. Something I now realize I should have done along time ago. Having had a BMW and Range Rover in the past, I have a good frame of reference to compare to. I absolutely love my new Mercedes but it was the overall world class sales and customer service treatment from Vivian and Mohammad Zuie that has converted this customer to Mercedes going forward. Never buying a Mercedes because of the customer service - not professional because we purchased another Mercedes instead of his used Diesel - acted soo rude when we came to get our refund because he lost h - not professional because we purchased another Mercedes instead of his used Diesel - acted soo rude when we came to get our refund because he lost his commission - told us he wasn't happy we went to another Mercedes-Benz lol we didn't get a Honda - communicated my personal information with another Benz dealer and head office - childish games soo stay away from unprofessional staff at Thornhill Mercedes-Benz - these dealers work for the same company and should work together and not against each other oh why did you go to this dealership and not mine it's like kids. not customer focused I have a brand new C300 coupe and the blue tooth does not function in the first week.. It took a WEEK to book an appointment and they provide no substitute car. They told me the car needs a software update, which takes a couple minutes to do likely. They have had the car all day and they didn't call me back to tell me they've done nothing. I had to call them. They need the car longer, but didn't say how long. I am now getting some economy car rental as a courtesy car. Pathetic! More
