If you are a busy person please don’t waste ur time The words can show enough the frustration I had to experience here at this dealership.Yashar, the advisor...he’s a nice person but he have to follow u The words can show enough the frustration I had to experience here at this dealership.Yashar, the advisor...he’s a nice person but he have to follow up the poor and crooked management dictated by whoever’s in charge.I’m not a mechanic to understand how it’s working this car but having done the heating block in December 2018, and in May 2019 I just turn on my AC and surpriiiiise, not working together with the module from the back of my car (ML 350 Bluetec).My logic and commonsens it tells me to check, as a mechanic, both, ac and heat, because it’s a relation, at the time I’m fixing one....maybe I’m wrong....maybe not, but with this guys you never know, and like I said IF you are a busy person please don’t learn the hard way and waste your time, if ur Mercedes it’s not on warranty pls go find a mechanic that have experience fixing this car and you gonna save time and money indeed.This dealership have crazy expensive rates and long waiting time for servicing ur car, again the logic said that from this point of view they r doing great but trust me and couple hundreds unhappy people with bad, very bad and terrible experience with this guys.Its a frustrating and expensive experience, most of it.Waste of time and money, period! Great Service! I have been leasing vehicles from Vlad for the past 10 years. I have always received excellent service from him, from the point of purchase and after I have been leasing vehicles from Vlad for the past 10 years. I have always received excellent service from him, from the point of purchase and after sales. I recently had an after sales issue on my B Class which required my vehicle to be detailed. Vlad provided me a courtesy car while my vehicle was out. My vehicle came back on time. It looked amazing both inside and out!!!! I highly recommend Vlad for your pre owned sales needs. More

Poor customer care My service experience was less than stellar.the auxiliary battery light came on. I went for service and they told me I needed a new battery for $800!! Then tried to sell me a service call for -another $800. When I declined they tried to upsell me a service contract for another $2000. I declined but let them do an oil change for $200. When I picked up the car they said everything was complete. The new battery was solely for the auto stop start function. When I drove home it still didn’t work. I was at a complete stop several times with the cabin at fill temperature. I phoned the dealer and got no answer. I left two messages but no return calls. Clearly thornhill Mercedes is just trying to pay for their new dealership and could care less about you after they take your money. I won’t retirn there. More

Never purchase or lease any car from Mercedes Benz at all Their customer service is very bad and unprofessional. I got flat tire in one of weekend in 2016 and Mercedes Benz roadside assistant after 3 hours ke Their customer service is very bad and unprofessional. I got flat tire in one of weekend in 2016 and Mercedes Benz roadside assistant after 3 hours keeping me in HWY 401 could not find the proper towing company to help me. Therefore, I tried my connections to find some body to tow my car and I have asked the towing company to talk to Mercedes Benz Roadside assistant directly and negotiate for price then the agreed price came and Mercedes Benz Roadside assistant said that I have to pay them from my pocket and they will send me the cheque which never happened. I called them many times and they said because we passed 30 days after accident we can not pay you and I told them M-B was responsible for the payment because M-B charges roadside assistant services in monthly payments and M-B could not find any towing company and that is why I paid from my pocket!!! After 2 years, we are still fighting to get my $550.00 back. To put in a nutshell, never purchase or lease any cars from Mercedes Benz Canada at all they are always screwing you and never explain all details and their policies completely. Because they are looking for money. I am so regret to introduce a lot of customers to that location and I will ask them to get off from Mercedes Benz. More
