This place is brutal. Brought my new car I just bought in for service as it was shaking all over the road when it went over a bump. Took car in to check dashboard lights turning off and on while driving, inspected at dealership for three days and spent $600 on a software update which did not fix the issue. Contacted Mercedes and they wa while driving, inspected at dealership for three days and spent $600 on a software update which did not fix the issue. Contacted Mercedes and they want me to bring the car in again and spend more money on the inspection. Was told that they never seen this problem before and that they don’t know the cause of the issue. More

One of the main reasons is because of the offensive attitude of your service department.My wife dropped her car off for service on the weekend and again and this morning she got a hassle with rudeness from the service department. This happens every time we drop a car off. If you remember we had to get your help for the same issue when we were picking up the new E450 and dropping her car off for service and she was told she would have to take it away. BMW has no issues dropping cars off for service you don’t need an appointment you just use the Kiosk for drop off and and pick up which you can use 24/7 Please pass this text along to your general manager. I will now get rid of the E450 and E550 lovely cars but getting service from Mercedes spoils the the enjoyment. It has been great dealing with you over the years but as a good customer at your branch since 1986, we usually have a least 2 Mercedes’ at anyone time. We cannot put up with the rudeness and lack of customer service. We will not be dealing with your branch again. Recommend anyone who has a busy life style with multiple cars not deal with Mercedes’. Loyalty means nothing to this dealership More

Bought a 2019 Mercedes E Class at the Thornhill (Steeles Ave.) corporate dealership. I asked the vehicle demonstrator if she was vaccinated and she said no. Knowing full well what the issue was, this "smart xxx" belligerently asked me "vaccinated against what"? Also tells me that I have no right to ask whether a Mercedes employee sitting alongside me in the passenger seat of my car if they are vaccinated? This is from a Mercedes manager! I thought I was entitled to expect that Mercedes customer facing employees getting into my car along side me are vaccinated. Mercedes disagrees. My fault. According to Mercedes, I am apparently not entitled to ask a Mercedes employee sitting along side me in the passenger seat of my car if he or she is vaccinated. More
