2012 GL 350 bluetec with only 110 k I visited this dealership about three months ago because my check engine light came on, on a 2012 GL. the check engine light was cleared and the car w I visited this dealership about three months ago because my check engine light came on, on a 2012 GL. the check engine light was cleared and the car was fixed it was the ad blue heater sensor. yesterday (almost 3 months later), the check engine came back on, dealership told me to bring my vehicle in to inspect it, if it was the same problem they will fix it free of charge, turns out its a different problem not covered under warranty, so on the way out they decided to charge me the inspection cost because this 3 year old Mercedes had a different problem then what I originally brought it in for, I am very disappointed because they charged me for the inspection for which I was told. they assured me this inspection would be FREE of charge. they had to check the car regardless to find out if it was the same problem or not , they also should of disclosed with me before they started that if it was a different issue with car that ill be charged for the inspection; not surprising me with the cost on the way out, overall they try to scam people whichever way they can to make money. What customer service! Bought a few at this dealership. Initially I was very pleased, but I soon discovered the general manager is extremely worried about his 5 star rating! Which is handed out by Mercedes, not by satisfied customers! If you contact customer service about this dealership you are meet with a lot of "WE WILL LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND GET BACK TO YOU!" You never get a call back only an email telling you to visit another dealership! Oh and then you get a email from Oakville telling you your just trying to ruin the 5 STAR rating! No I was actually trying to get a problem solved by them, but thanks for the 5 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE! More
