Car damaged during repair This dealership went from my favorite to my most hated dealership. I had my car in for a warranty repair. After the repair I noticed a damage on my bu This dealership went from my favorite to my most hated dealership. I had my car in for a warranty repair. After the repair I noticed a damage on my bumper from their pressure washer that peeled the clear coat off (in the first picture). The service manager Troy was were nice and very apologetic which i'm fine, i know that everyone makes mistakes and as long as they fix it i'm good. 2 weeks later they called me up that they fixed my damage, I make sure to inspect my car before driving it off their property, I noticed another damage from their pressure washer that peeled the clearcoat off another part of the bumper. I was very furious, and went back to argue with them. This time, Kevin the service manager is the worst. He started denying the damage. They had pictures taken before the service, the second damage obviously didn't show in the pictures, they couldn't use it against me so they said the glare is where the damage is. Are you xxxxxxxx? After 2 hours of arguing with Kevin. They finally agreed to fix the damage. You know what guys? This is the last time i go to your dealership for leasing. I originally had my mom planned to get a lease from here when her audi lease ends this year, that definitely wont happen anymore. I have also referred couple friends to get their E class from this location which they did, they will not be coming back for any future cars. Good way to lose a couple customers! More

Security deposit, STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER Here is my story: We were looking to buy a family car, SUV. We came in and spoke with Albert. He was very nice until we signed the papers and gave a $ Here is my story: We were looking to buy a family car, SUV. We came in and spoke with Albert. He was very nice until we signed the papers and gave a $2,000 deposit. We ordered a GLE 350 2017.. At first $2,000 seemed high for a security deposit but he explained to us how he's not there to take our deposit in case we don't like the vehicle. WRONG! So to be clear they ordered this vehicle for their inventory and it was going to arrive in a day. We asked him what kind of motor this vehicle has and we were told its a V6 nothing else. At home we did our own research and found out from the VIN decoding that this vehicle is TURBO. So we called the dealer and we were told we should of done our own research before buy this vehicle, told by ROY MILICEVIC. SO why the xxxx do you have dealers when people can just order online and do their own research. The morning after we found out it was a TURBO my husband called the dealer to cancel the deal however they kept contacting me and telling me that the vehicle will be ready the next day. This dealership lacks on staff communication. We cancelled the deal then they emailed me a request for insurance lol. SO quickly they put on these tints on the vehicle and said that I wanted the vehicle and that me and my husband don't communicate. They kept $800 for the tints. Roy first told me the vehicle was sold to someone else then when I freaked out why am I charged for the tints he told me another story how its going to be hard for them to sell. They don't listen to their customer they never tried to sell us something else. We were told our refund CHQ was going to be mailed to us and waited from June 2nd to the 27th and no chq. I called and followed up with ROY and was told that the CHQ was mailed to me but wait they had my registration. You can go to this dealership if you want them to lie to you and take your money. Imagine I actually purchased that vehicle and be stuck dealing with these people for 6 yrs. By the way I went to another dealer where I got amazing service and knew exactly what I was buying. DONT GO TO OAKVILLE MERCEDES-BENZ THEY WILL LIE TO YOU ABOUT EVERYTHING!!! More
Poor customer serive by ROY MILICEVIC AND MAX GSM Don't even feel like giving 1 star to the dealership I wish I could tell dealer principal of mb Oakville which I am trying to get his contact details Don't even feel like giving 1 star to the dealership I wish I could tell dealer principal of mb Oakville which I am trying to get his contact details that how I got treated here and how rough experience I had will sales manager Roy Milicevic and Max the So called general sales manager these guys should not be managers as they don't know how to give customer service I signed a deal here to purchase new GLS350d back in June 2016 I was told that the car will be available for pickup in October 2016 when mercedes will receive certification from EPA on diesels but some how it go delayed still in process dealership manager Roy Milicevic offered me refund of my deposit or I can wait for the car I want as it's already in Canada and I have vin number for it provided by them I decided to wait I asked the dealership I want them to hold my deposit for that car whenever it becomes available I will take that car In the mean while Roy Milicevic offered me 3% off if I switch to GLS 450 and we came on an agreement which he gave me in writing through email till august 2017 if GLS 350d gets available for which I have given deposit by august 2017 I will take it otherwise I will switch to GLS 450 On Thursday May 25 2017 I just asked Roy Milicevic is there any possibility I can get a GLS450 in June he replied back through text that they have a demo which will not become available until they have a replacement I replied I want a new one I don't need demo then I asked ok when I can get earliest 2018 GLS 450 in reply he called me back saying we have decided to cancel this deal and we are not comfortable in going through this deal I was stunned that I was cooperating with them as they told me at time of signing October delivery and I was waiting now all of sudden these guys are refusing to sell me a car on which I have give. The deposit already and they can cancelling my deal by force what a shame and kind of people they are I insisted to talk to Max there GSM but he was the same like Roy Milicevic no help and now they are cancelling my deal even though I was been very cooperative and nice with them I told MAX the GSM that I will talk to mercedes Benz Canada in reply he said u can talk to whoever you want now. I am feeling helpless I wish I could talk to dealer principal in person The managers of this dealership are very unprofessional and the way they are treating me I am really pissed off m gonna try everything even if I have to go to ministry or Mercedes Benz Canada These guys are rude like xxxx will not take care of you please please stay away from this dealership More

I brought my vehicle here to be serviced for a serious and costly repair. I was fortunate enough to have Tommy as my service rep. Wow, what great customer service I received! He is definitely an asset to this dealership. Although there are two other dealerships closer to me I won't be having my vehicle serviced anywhere else. More

Turns out there were no pictures taken and still have yet to hear if they saw anything on the surveillance cameras. Very disappointed that I haven't received a call back on the issue. More
AMG purchase I would have to rate the service a 5 star. I had purchased myself a Christmas gift ( 2017 GLE 63 AMG coupe). Let me tell you... Thank goodness, not in this case. I had a really great sales person who showed and gave me everything I wanted except stress. Her name is Amanda. Now ask yourself a question?
