Service department is shockingly terrible from reception to scheduling to leaving me without a car for two weeks. Service for a Mercedes SUV that will not start will take 2 weeks because i did not schedule to scheduling to leaving me without a car for two weeks. They could literally reset a sensor and schedule me in 2 weeks later for the corrective action of which my parts are on site. More
Great service from Dan as I returned a GLE 450 off lease. There are a great many articles and reviews concerning Mercedes Benz products but relatively few concerning the automotive dealerships where their products are sold. Does the purchasing process of buying Mercedes Benz products but relatively few concerning the automotive dealerships where their products are sold. Does the purchasing process of buying an automobile always have to be a guarded and adversarial confrontation? What if there were another alternative? If you are concerned about the customer service provided by Mercedes Benz Oakville, a manufacturer like Mercedes Benz would not sell several dealerships of its Greater Toronto Retail Division or award the Mercedes Star twelve times, to an organization that did not conduct its sales and service operations at a level which did not equate to Mercedes' own excellence in automotive engineering. But one does not deal with corporations when purchasing a vehicle but with individuals. I would like to extend my gratitude to Christopher Routledge, Meaghan Francis, Chris Fong and in particularly, Denney Edgar for ensuring that my purchase was the best Mercedes product to address my specific needs. Their efforts, patience and professionalism made the purchase process a most enjoyable experience. These individuals share a strong knowledge and passion towards their product; and an exemplary commitment to serving their customers well. I look forward to a continuing relationship with Mercedes Benz Oakville for many years to come. More
By far the worst car buying experience ever. They behaved as though they were doing me a favour by selling me a car. Here are some of the low-lights: - financing rates were absurd (8.64%) - They behaved as though they were doing me a favour by selling me a car. They even tried to charge me for the tank of gas until I complained. - on the delivery date, the sales manager refused to come out to speak with me because "managers don't come out to meet with customers". Sorry, but every car I've purchased in my life, the sales manager at least has the courtesy to shake your hand on the delivery date, especially with a luxury car purchase. - the attitude was very much "take it or leave it" with everything. Unbelievable arrogance. I know it is a seller's market right now due to supply chain and other issues, but I hope the tables turn again one day soon. In hindsight, I should have bought a different make as this attitude appears to be endemic at Mercedes-Benz. Learn to treat your customers with respect. More
Look at the reviews, they aren’t lying. This is my 5th Mercedes and buying a CPO from them has been the worst experience. Make sure you are 100% happy with the vehicle before you sign. Any promises, any fixes, anything that doesn’t exist as is the day you see the vehicle will not be addressed. No promises kept, they even make you sign a contract saying that verbal promises are void. Don’t take my word for it, go see for yourself. The CPO sales room is in a dingy basement with broken bathrooms and flickering lights. More
Very poor customer service. I would not recommend this dealership. I was told I would get back my car the same day, it turn out to be 2 days. TERRIBLE Customer Service! ! I had a scheduled 7:30am appointment. They called me after 11am and said they couldn't find my car!! Service guy said it was my fault because i didn ! I had a scheduled 7:30am appointment. They called me after 11am and said they couldn't find my car!! Service guy said it was my fault because i didnt tag my keys in the dropbox. UM....1. press the panic button on the keys. 2. Where is our 7:30am appointment. 3. Call the customer at 7:31. So dissappointed!! Wasted my day and nothing got done. I should of read the reviews before i left it there!! Ill stick with Burlington...or better yet trade my Benz in for an Audi!! More
