I have used the Service section of this dealership, for the past 15 yrs., only because they are closest to my house. Each time I have been there, I have had poor, to very poor experiences. There was a tim the past 15 yrs., only because they are closest to my house. Each time I have been there, I have had poor, to very poor experiences. There was a time I was advised, by a Serviice adviser, to take my Car elswhere. The last time, which was the last week of 2023, was the worst ever. They did not complete all the work that they said they would, saying it eould take too much time. Yes, this from a Dealership, is unacceptable. I tried all day to contact the Adviser, with zero results. Finally, at 4:30pm. I get a "text" telling me all is complete and to pick up the car. When I got there, the Adviser had gone home. So I spoke to another Adviser who said that the Manager would call me the next day. Its been a week and I am still waiting. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP. More
