All thanks to her we found our wonderful GLC and thus far the best SUV we have ever had. Sonia gave us so much happiness by making sure our needs are always put first. Despite a hiccup on my part she did the absolute best to make sure we came on top even though the easy answer was just to let us deal with it after the fact. She's always prompt with her answer anytime I have a question and is genuinly happy to help. She still manages to call and email us regularly to see how the wife and I are doing. Her candour gives us the assurance that she truly cares and will be there for us when we need her the most. So far my experience with Sonia has been excellent but in saying that the dealership and the staff are also very lovely. "Mahi is a true professional from start to finish" It was tough finding my GLE 400 but Mahi made the experience flawless once we found one. She explained all the safety features and benefits. I am an Audi customer and she was able to sell me on the quality and performance of the GLE. Mahi did a great job with my financing also. Once she introduced me to Jamie Lee they got to work right away. Unfortunately, due to some issues I had in the past with my credit Mercedes Financing could not be put in place, however, within a day the finance department had alternative financing approved that worked for me!
