Further our cars have always been returned to us properly valeted ( not just a wash and wipe) although it’s a small thing it’s appreciated when you jump in a completely clean car. I’ve owned many BMW’s, Audi’s etc serviced at reputable dealers but I must say Prem and the team he’s representing are the best I’ve come across. More

Upon completion of recent repairs parts of my truck were in the back seat & had to be taken back to the mechanics to be affixed to the vehicle. My service advisor was very polite. More
