Great ongoing service Prem is responsive to my needs, provideds excellent feedback on a timely basis as to the status of repairs, accurate with return schedules and appear Prem is responsive to my needs, provideds excellent feedback on a timely basis as to the status of repairs, accurate with return schedules and appears to genuinely want the customer to be happy with the dealer experience. Further our cars have always been returned to us properly valeted ( not just a wash and wipe) although it’s a small thing it’s appreciated when you jump in a completely clean car. I’ve owned many BMW’s, Audi’s etc serviced at reputable dealers but I must say Prem and the team he’s representing are the best I’ve come across. More

Dealerships need to provide quality and honesty in servicing You must stay on top of the repairs completed at this location. Unchecked, the more expensive 'A' service (over $800) was completed 2x without a B se You must stay on top of the repairs completed at this location. Unchecked, the more expensive 'A' service (over $800) was completed 2x without a B service (just over $400) in between. Upon completion of recent repairs parts of my truck were in the back seat & had to be taken back to the mechanics to be affixed to the vehicle. My service advisor was very polite. More
