Thank you I have been going to this dealership now since 2009 and truly they have the best service. I recently took my car to the service dept. with extensive damage to caliper and brake line due to corrosion and the service advisor (Prem Patel) went above and beyond to help me make things right with the car even with a time constraint. Thank you so much. The Service Dept. is top notch and the service advisors are the best. I know my car is old and probably due for a trade in but how do you give up something you love and really hasnt given me much trouble. Its been a truly great car right from the first day I bought it at this dealership. I couldnt imagine owning anything else. Thank you for going above and beyond and fixing it with a smile. I found Mahi to be very thorough in her ability to listen to my needs, to answer all of my questions, and to remember the subtle details of our conversations which would ultimately allow her to help me best. Mahi was very patient, ensuring that I had the opportunity to test drive the same model of car more than once, and to explore several options in order to help me best decide. I found her to be extremely helpful; offering me her perspective and opinion whilst also giving me plenty of time to make my final decision. What I appreciated perhaps most, was that my appointments with Mahi were always enjoyable. She helped make the experience 'fun' - which is really important! I believe that Mahi went above and beyond for me in many ways; in making it possible for me to have the best price and accommodating my requests for finding the vehicle of my choosing when it was not at the dealership and needed to be brought in. Something else to consider for a prospective client, it's actually important for dealerships to have both genders employed as Sales Consultants. In the end it is one's personality and work ethic that means the most to me; but it is valuable to have a female perspective and input in car sales and leasing.
