Recently picked up a Mercedes GLB for my mother from this dealership and had an incredible experience from start to finish. I had visited 2 other Mercedes Dealerships before arriving at this one and decided against purchasing simply because the attention to detail was lacking at those dealerships representing such an iconic brand. This was the complete opposite here, Zach represented the brand exactly as I would have expected and was great at helping us get to a cost we were comfortable with and that was realistic. I was blown away by the level of detail of cleaning when we picked up the vehicle given the current climate and the ensuring we knew about every feature and benefit in the vehicle before exiting the lot. That's customer experience! If you are going to purchase here everyone seems fantastic but I would request for Zach. We also were supported by Michelle from a finance person which generally is my least favourite part of the car buying process but I was pleasantly surprised by the organic nature of the dialogue and we didn't feel pressured into purchasing anything unnecessary. She explained everything clearly and ensured we were aware of how various products benefited us and allowed us the space and time to make our choices. Thank you! More

Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with ! I was typically going to the Dundas location , which was fantastic, but decided to go local. Horrifying experience ! The sales person Michelle transferred my lease i going to the Dundas location , which was fantastic, but decided to go local. Horrifying experience ! The sales person Michelle transferred my lease into a buy out but Mercedes financial deducted a payment despite me signing a buyout for my vehicle . she told me she would mail me the cheque for the missed payment and a few weeks later I get a call from Mercedes financial asking why I missed a payment ?!? To date she has yet to follow up with me regarding reimbursement for the payment that was deducted. So disappointing ....... never ever will I ever return to this location . Dundas location is worth the drive I always had exceptional service there. This place isn’t worth it and supposedly this is a reputable company. More
