I did get a call back - someone pretty much telling me they kept me "mobile" and fixed my issues. Overall - please re-think your Mercedes Benz purchase. This is our third purchase with them and overall service was okay - car quality went down overall and for all the headaches and even hitting my car in the lot!!!! I didn't even get a Sorry card, a free oil change or even flowers delivered to my work - all would have made me equally happy!!!!! BMW next? ------- Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because of the amount of times I have had to drop the car off for issues that have not been caused by myself. Luckily, these have been covered by the extended warranty that I purchased. Not only had I experienced troubles with the car that starting from transmission problems and a loud noise that ended up having a brand new transmission put into my car earlier this year. I then began to notice that my steering wheel would not adjust according to height of the driver. This ended up being the steering cylinder, which needed to be replaced. I left my car to have this completed and got a rental from you, which was pleasant to drive. I then received a voicemail and an email stating that my car had been hit in the Mercedes-Benz parking lot. The car was going into the shop to be fixed. I was in complete and utter shock. Once I picked it up after you had it for 2 weeks, the problem had worsened, which meant I had to bring it back again. Turns out there were some electronic issue pertaining to the transmission which was put in. All in all, I have not received a call to see how the car is doing (not good, I left a voicemail on Thursday and have not had my call returned) – there is black paint on it near the gas gasket. No idea how to prove there was paint on my car that was not been there before but it is odd. At this point I just wanted to notify you, as I am a very unhappy customer. I will not be purchasing a car from you again nor will my family or any of my friends for that matter. I love the cars themselves, but I think the circumstances I have been put in are not acceptable. It would have been simple for a follow-up courtesy call, letter or SOMETHING! The picture you have painted for me is that this is insignificant and perhaps to most vehicles. The impression I have been left with, is most customers deal with these problems and customer service. I have been extremely embarrassed to have friends or family come in my car with the noises it has made, and all the problems (explaining why I have a rental, etc.). My friends have joked it is on the same caliber of a Hyundai, I may have well of bought this. I can’t help and wonder what is next to happen due to how many instances have happened so far. I also wonder is my car even safe for me to drive? I would think you would hold yourselves to a higher standard, both through the mechanical components and customer service. More

I had purchased a new c350 from here, took it to the shop a few times, one time when it came back my stereo stopped working randomly at times when the car got turned on, they told me that they did not do anything to it and I have this problem to this date. Aside from this horrible experience which I have to deal with, I have had numerous other issues with this place. Be warned. I dont even know how they are still in business. Mercedes Benz overall is dropping in quality and service real fast. More
I am getting scammed by this dealer We bought an used GLK 350 from this dealer (all paper work signed, the car to be picked up couple of days later). Three days later the sales person (Mark) called and told my wife that they won't give her that car but, she can get another one for more money, and all that was said in a very aggressive manner. Horrible!!! Is this a scam? Does Mercedes-Benz allow such things to happen? More

The salespeople that report to him were extremely aggressive, desperate and disorganized! This dealership already has a bad reputation. I would never come back here again. More
Just HORRIBLE!!! An absolute nightmare of a dealership Just HORRIBLE!!! An absolute nightmare of a dealership and service department. I took my R350 in for service to Mercedes Benz of Mississauga thinkin Just HORRIBLE!!! An absolute nightmare of a dealership and service department. I took my R350 in for service to Mercedes Benz of Mississauga thinking that since they are trained techs and it is, of course, the dealership...that my car was gonna be in good hands. Boy, was I wrong. I paid OVER $5000 to fix my car and my car came out, not just worse, but way worse than it was when it went in. The day I received my car back from Mississauga Mercedes...I noticed that the "air ride suspension" message was appearing on my dash...was never there before my $5000 job. So when I called immediately to let them know, I was advised to bring my car back. When I did so, I was told that since that wasn't an aspect of the car they worked on...they are taking no responsibility for this. I was given the analogy that if you break your arm today and go to the hospital and get it fixed...that if you leave the hospital and break your leg...xxxx happens. It's unbelievable. Plus, I was told that this was just some whacko coincidence. Utter xxxxxxxx. No one at this dealership cared. No one. I have made it my mission to ensure that people know just how bad and irresponsible and deceiving this dealership..especially their service department. Please DO NOT TRUST this dealership with your Mercedes. Even the google reviews support the negative treatment this dealership provides. I will be continuing my complaint with MB Canada and the Better Business Bureau as well as other advocates. Just a horrible service experience. More
