Taken advantage off I took a 2012 C 350 Class Mercedes Benz for a Wheel Alignment. When the service was attended to, I was told that the Steering Wheel pump is not workin I took a 2012 C 350 Class Mercedes Benz for a Wheel Alignment. When the service was attended to, I was told that the Steering Wheel pump is not working and requires change. I okayed the work and afterwards, I had a call from the service advisor that it was not the Steering Wheel pump that was not working but a Rack and will cost me $3500.00 plus tax. I said okay but when I called an individual that I purchased the car from he advised me not to proceed with it and he will take care of it for free and told me for the Dealership to put back the old and give it back to me. I immediately called the Service Advisor and told him not to do work on my car and put back the old and return it and which they did. But when I went to pickup my car, I was told to pay for opening up the car to get to the pump and rack for labor. I paid $852.00 and left the premises. Later, I realized that I was taken advantage off and called and asked the service adviser why he had to charge me for the wrong advise that I was given from his mechanic indicating the pump was not working. He said we can only do by elimination, i.e. get to the pump first and then to the Rack which is absurd to say the least. I was charged for the service that I did not receive. When you take for one issue, they are always clever to suggest to you something else is not working and wants you to pay more. So, I went to another mechanic paid a quarter of what I was charged for getting no service and have my car running smoothly. Joe is extremely aggresive and rude and we were talking about 4k on a $70k car but I got so pissed off that I walked away. Will never step into this dealership. What a shame for mercedes. Strongly recommend to shop elsewhere. You deserve better!! More

During the R&D phase of the car, he helped me to explore different options, with the price and to confirm that my needs are meet. He never pushed my family or to me to finalize the deal, just to complete the deal. Always give us the time to think more and guide us towards our final sale. He helped us couple of time for arranging the test drive cars, and goes extra miles with customer satisfaction. Did follow up, even after our sale to confirm that we are satisfied with our selection and didn’t have any issues. I’ll definitely referrer him to all my family and friends. The overall experience with MB Mississauga is Great, as the Finance managers also helped to make sure that you are totally satisfied. More

I did get a call back - someone pretty much telling me they kept me "mobile" and fixed my issues. Overall - please re-think your Mercedes Benz purchase. This is our third purchase with them and overall service was okay - car quality went down overall and for all the headaches and even hitting my car in the lot!!!! I didn't even get a Sorry card, a free oil change or even flowers delivered to my work - all would have made me equally happy!!!!! BMW next? ------- Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because of the amount of times I have had to drop the car off for issues that have not been caused by myself. Luckily, these have been covered by the extended warranty that I purchased. Not only had I experienced troubles with the car that starting from transmission problems and a loud noise that ended up having a brand new transmission put into my car earlier this year. I then began to notice that my steering wheel would not adjust according to height of the driver. This ended up being the steering cylinder, which needed to be replaced. I left my car to have this completed and got a rental from you, which was pleasant to drive. I then received a voicemail and an email stating that my car had been hit in the Mercedes-Benz parking lot. The car was going into the shop to be fixed. I was in complete and utter shock. Once I picked it up after you had it for 2 weeks, the problem had worsened, which meant I had to bring it back again. Turns out there were some electronic issue pertaining to the transmission which was put in. All in all, I have not received a call to see how the car is doing (not good, I left a voicemail on Thursday and have not had my call returned) – there is black paint on it near the gas gasket. No idea how to prove there was paint on my car that was not been there before but it is odd. At this point I just wanted to notify you, as I am a very unhappy customer. I will not be purchasing a car from you again nor will my family or any of my friends for that matter. I love the cars themselves, but I think the circumstances I have been put in are not acceptable. It would have been simple for a follow-up courtesy call, letter or SOMETHING! The picture you have painted for me is that this is insignificant and perhaps to most vehicles. The impression I have been left with, is most customers deal with these problems and customer service. I have been extremely embarrassed to have friends or family come in my car with the noises it has made, and all the problems (explaining why I have a rental, etc.). My friends have joked it is on the same caliber of a Hyundai, I may have well of bought this. I can’t help and wonder what is next to happen due to how many instances have happened so far. I also wonder is my car even safe for me to drive? I would think you would hold yourselves to a higher standard, both through the mechanical components and customer service. More

I had purchased a new c350 from here, took it to the shop a few times, one time when it came back my stereo stopped working randomly at times when the car got turned on, they told me that they did not do anything to it and I have this problem to this date. Aside from this horrible experience which I have to deal with, I have had numerous other issues with this place. Be warned. I dont even know how they are still in business. Mercedes Benz overall is dropping in quality and service real fast. More
I am getting scammed by this dealer We bought an used GLK 350 from this dealer (all paper work signed, the car to be picked up couple of days later). Three days later the sales person (Mark) called and told my wife that they won't give her that car but, she can get another one for more money, and all that was said in a very aggressive manner. Horrible!!! Is this a scam? Does Mercedes-Benz allow such things to happen? More
