Ready to damage car if customer denies repair by the dealership. Do not go there. I dropped my car at the service department for repair of brakes and also for A1 Service. The dealership called me later and informed that brake pads and rotors for both front and rear needs replacement. I did not agree to their assessment and asked them to perform the annual maintenance but leave the brakes. I will get it done at my regular MB dealer in Oakville. When I picked up the car after the service, found strange noises coming from front and rear suspension which I attributed to over pressure of tires. However, on Friday night the noise became excessive. Later, it was identified that the various brake components including protective plates were not properly tightened - carelessness and as a punishment for refusing to repair by this dealership. I had no choice but take the car to a non-MB repair shop to get the problems fixed. Do not go to this dealership. This dealership has a poor attitude, unprofessional and does not even have a decent place for service customers to sit and wait.. More
I purchased my car from this dealership 2 months ago, the delivery process was fair but could have been better. My car needed minor cosmetic repair, which speaks to why I gave them a fair rating for the deli delivery process was fair but could have been better. It was agreed that they would fix the cosmetic issues, but created additional cosmetic damages, which I had to pay a third party to fix. In conclusion I cringe when I have to go to this dealership as I find the service people do not care about your car. More
I took my AMG35 for service, I received unfair treatment, I believe it was due to racism. I asked to meet with a manger and I sow Claudio Sepatola. immediately he acknowledged the wrong, and did his best to I believe it was due to racism. On the floor, Valentina Granic went above and beyond to make me feel better. My intention was to get out of the place never to return. I felt no change between when it was a corporate location to being a dealership now my cars has been attended to professionally never had a miss on any details and they're always on time. Thanks to my 7 years service advisor Justin Vella who has been always there professionally whenever needed with no delay and never a miss. He was always the reason that made me always service both cars at this location despite living in Oakville and never once thought of moving my car service to a near by Oakville location. Your professionalism and customer service values are always highly appreciated Justin! More

When the car was finished he came with an invoice... they jacked the price up by a couple of hundred dollar more than the quote price. These guys are trained to scam you!!
